Damon Albarn and Noel Gallagher joined forces last night for Britain's Teenage Cancer Trust charity, taking the stage to sing together at London's Royal Albert Hall. Accompanied by Blur guitarist Graham Coxon and Paul Weller on drums, the former rival frontmen of Oasis and Blur performed Blur's 1999 hit, "Tender." The surprise collaboration materialized during a short set by Albarn (who turned 45 that day) and Coxon. Gallagher, who curated the week of concerts for the charity, returned to the stage later to perform a set with his band High-Flying Birds.
