There it is, in a futuristic control center lined by glowing banks of mainframe computers and innumerable switches and dials: the new Daft Punk album, Random Access Memories, on vinyl. And what do you know: This particular futuristic control center includes a turntable, for those occasions when French space robot DJ duos want to light it up.
It's the latest teaser from Daft Punk, offering a glimpse at the vinyl packaging of Random Access Memories, and just a snippet of the opening song, "Give Life Back to Music." The album, which features collaborations with Pharrell, Nile Rodgers, Giorgio Moroder and the Strokes' Julian Casablancas, is set for release on May 21st in the U.S. The duo has already released the first single, "Get Lucky."
