Traditional retailers like Walmart ( ) and Target ( ) are intent of seeing more of their sales coming from the internet today, Cyber Monday. The National Retail Federation says 122 million Americans are expected to take to their computers, smartphones and other devices to buy up bargains. The NRF says that's up 1 million from a year ago. Shoppers could spend $3.3 billion on line today. Oil prices have stabilized this morning. OPEC nations meet this week and there is dispute about whether the group will or will no cut oil production. Either way, oil is likely to be volatile until Wednesday when the decision is announced. Advance ticket sales for the high anticipated standalone 'Star Wars' movie, 'Rogue One:A Star Wars Story' went on sale online in the United States at midnight. Fandango's website crashed. The movie opens in theaters December 16th and follows the events that led up to the destruction of the Death Star in the first 'Star Wars' movie.
