Coachella 2018 Festival Dates Announced

Beyoncé has already been confirmed as a headliner

By Matthew Strauss.

The dates for the 2018 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival have been announced. The first weekend of the fest takes place from Friday, April 13 through Sunday, April 15. The second weekend of the Indio, Calif. event then runs from Friday, April 20 through Sunday, April 22. Tickets go on sale here on Friday, June 2 at 11 a.m. Pacific. Unlike most years, fans already know one of the Coachella headliners: Beyoncé. Under doctors’ advice to keep a “less rigorous schedule” due to her pregnancy, she chose not to perform at this year’s festival (she was replaced by Lady Gaga). Upon announcing her 2017 Coachella withdrawal, Goldenvoice and Parkwood confirmed Beyoncé as a 2018 headliner.
