Music always sounds just a little sweeter when it's being used to benefit a good cause.
Nonprofit organization Bridges for Music is hosting Salon Sessions, an event with 70 curated guests including Skrillex, Richie Hawtin, Arthur Baker, Alex Ebert and more at Miami's Art Basel on Dec. 1 in an effort to raise funds for a school they are building in Langa, South Africa.
The intimate gathering aims to bring like-minded people together who have a passion for using creative arts to help make the world a bit brighter. Salon Sessions will also include an auction (both silent and live) curated by Katie Hanson and will also feature "once in a lifetime experiences" curated by Liz Miller.
Langa Music School is Bridges for Music's first school project that aims "to become a creative hub where young, talented individuals are able to pursue their dreams and develop their skills, through a shared passion for music."
Tickets are now available at salonartbasel.eventbrite.com. Read more about Bridges for Music here.
