For the very first time, the iHeartRadio Music Festival will introduce The Village as a part of the plethora of festivities taking place in Las Vegas this weekend. On Saturday, September 21 from 10am to 4pm, The Village will take over a 15-acre area called The Lot, right in the heart of the Vegas strip across from the Luxor Hotel.
The Village features some formidable headliners performing on two stages, including Miley Cyrus (who's rumored to be performing her new hit single "Wrecking Ball" live for the very first time), Avril Lavigne, the Wanted, the Band Perry, Cher Lloyd, and a special guest appearance by Ne-Yo.
Krewella, twenty one pilots, Pete Tong, and AWOLNATION are also on the bill. What's more, the Village will feature fan zones, games, concessions, and interactive experiences hosted by the iHeartRadio Music Festival and its Festival Village brand partners.
"Every year, we try to push the boundaries of what live music events can be by showcasing the hottest artists across all genres and radio formats all on one stage," John Hogan, Chairman and CEO of Clear Channel Media and Entertainment, said in a statement. "And year after year, the iHeartRadio Music Festival produces more and more of music's most memorable moments. Now, with the addition of the iHeartRadio Music Festival Village featuring even more artists, this year will push those limits even further — it's going to be incredible."
While tickets for the iHeartRadio Music Festival evening shows at the MGM Garden Arena are already sold-out, tickets for the Village are still available for just $20, giving fans the chance to see massive headliners and discover exciting new talent.
