These days Lil' Kim might be better known for her legal rather than rap battles. The one-time Queen of Hip-Hop has been countersued by an ex-business partner for $15 million for "abuse of control, gross mismanagement, corporate waste and other misconduct" in managing their company, International Rock Star Corp.

The counter complaint, filed in New York Supreme Court, is in response to a $1 million suit that Kim, whose real name is Kimberly Denise Jones, filed in March against lawyer Sunny Barkats and business associate Andrew Ro.

In the new suit, Ro says that Kim's behavior made it nearly impossible for him to land endorsement deals for their company and that she stopped showing up for meetings and answering the phone when he was close to securing deals for a whole slew of products, including a vodka line, an energy drink, a social media company, a perfume label, a Steve Madden shoe line, and even a honey maker.

In the past, Kim has had deals with Candie's shoes, Old Navy, Three Olives Vodka, and Ciroc vodka.

Meanwhile, Kim seems to be getting back to doing what she does best: Clashing with Azealia Banks. She claims the rising star has manufactured a fake beef with her via Twitter when a collaboration they were supposedly working on went sour.

"Kim was actually very flattered [by] Azealia's public admiration for her, which is why it's so hard to understand how someone who claims to be a true Lil' Kim fan could flip the script so easily on someone who was supposedly their idol," Kim's publicist, CJ Carter, said in a statement.
