Hear It First! Black Stone Cherry Premiere Full 'Magic Mountain'

Yahoo Music

Kentucky-bred rockers Black Stone Cherry have been bringing the southern style to their live dates all over the globe for nearly a decade now (last year opening up for another southern-rock iconic group, Lynyrd Skynyrd), released three albums, and are poised to deliver a highly anticipated fourth set, "Magic Mountain," on May 6.

Fans won't have to wait any longer to hear the new music, however. Yahoo Music is excited to premiere the entire new album a week ahead of street date.

"Not since before our first album have we felt the freedom and confidence that we felt while writing and recording this album," the band members note. "After touring the world behind three previous albums that we are extremely proud of, we feel this album best captures the live energy, honesty and vibe that encompasses our true musicianship."

In addition to winning over hundreds of fans with their dynamic live show and songwriting, Black Stone Cherry has earned its share of high-profile admirers as well. Current Academy of Country Music Vocal Duo of the Year, Florida Georgia Line, covered the band's "Stay" for their smash hit debut, "Here's To The Good Times." It's the current single off the chart-topping album.

Black Stone Cherry is currently on tour through May; if you'd like to keep up with their schedule, visit here.
