If you plan to spend this Valentine's Day drunk in love, NYC eatery Brucie wants to make sure you're doing it on a full stomach. This Brooklyn-based Italian joint will offer a full Beyoncé-themed menu on Feb. 14.
Couples interested in adding a dash of Bey to their V-Day rendezvous have three fierce courses to choose from. Each dish has been dubbed with names inspired by the diva, hubby Jay Z, and daughter Blue Ivy. "We thought, everyone loves Beyoncé. Especially us," Brucie executive chef told Huffington Post. "So me and my staff worked really hard to make fabulous dishes based on those titles."
To begin their meal, lovebirds can nosh on anything from Beyoncé's infamous "Surf Board" (deviled bone marrow, root vegetables, bone broth bathtub) to an appetizer simply entitled "Blue Ivy" (smoked blue potatoes, chiriboga blue, trout roe, watercress).
The entrées to follow seem yummy enough to put a ring on. The "Breastiny's Child" veal breast braciole pays homage to Beyoncé's younger years while the "Drunk In Love" is aptly decadent. This dish named after Bey's latest single features short ribs and a beef heart salad.
