Producer extraordinaire Bangladesh recently stopped by Yahoo! to guest host our hip-hop news webisode series, The Aftermath. We discussed the death of Whitney Houston and her legacy. Even though her music did not have a direct impact on Bangladesh's production style, he described Houston as the first African American female artist he saw on television singing pop music.

In recapping the hip-hop highlights from the Grammys, we weighed in on Kanye West taking home most of the hip-hop awards, and offered opinions on the controversy of Chris Brown being invited back to perform twice during the event.

Bangladesh, who produced Lil Wayne's "A Milli," Beyonce's "Video Phone," and Nicki Minaj's "Did It On 'Em," gave updates on some of his projects, including Brandy's new album due out this spring.
