Unconcerned that marketing a new fragrance line will compete with her Heat collection, Beyoncé has launched a new, limited-edition perfume to celebrate her Mrs. Carter Show world tour.
The fragrance is reportedly "sweet and powerful," mixing a blend of mangosteen, pink pepper and acai with a foundation of florals, vanilla and Australian sandalwood.
"I love my music, I love performing and most of all I love and appreciate my fans," said the singer in a press release about the perfume. "I wanted to give them a special remembrance of this tour and I created this scent to reflect the power, passion and playfulness I put into my performances."
The rest of Beyonce’s perfume line includes the original Heat, Heat Rush, and Midnight Heat. The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour fragrance has been plugged with the line, "Introducing a new kind of fire,” spinning off the Heat theme.
"When [women wearing this scent] walk into a room, I want them to feel like they can leave a lasting impression on everyone they walk past," Beyoncé said.
The North American part of Beyoncé's Mrs. Carter World Tour launches June 28 in Los Angeles and runs through on August 3 in Brooklyn.
