Beyoncé Shares Support for Women’s March on Washington

Beyoncé joins the growing list of celebrities showing support for the upcoming Women’s March on Washington.

The singer took to Facebook to post a photo promoting the event, writing, “Together with Chime for Change, we raise our voices as mothers, as artists, and as activists. As #GlobalCitizens, we can make our voices heard and turn awareness into meaningful action and positive change. #WomensMarch.”

The “Formation” singer’s statement follows the recent announcement of the March’s Artist Table, a slew of celebrities formally supporting the event, which takes place Friday, Jan. 21, the day after Donald Trump is inaugurated.

The Artist Table includes America Ferrera, Scarlett Johansson, Chelsea Handler, Zendaya, Katy Perry, Amy Schumer, and more.
