It's been a busy year for songwriter and powerhouse vocalist Beth Hart: She released Bang Bang Boom Boom, her first studio album in about a decade, and she's currently she's in the midst of a 16-date tour alongside the Rides, a supergroup comprising Stephen Stills, Kenny Wayne Shepherd and Barry Goldberg. Now you can take an exclusive look at the new video for Hart's "Better Man," a simple studio performance that lets the pounding, heartwarming blues number and, of course, Hart's stellar vocal performance, do all the talking (and it's quite convincing).
"I wrote 'Better Man' for my husband Scott," Hart says. "Scott is the greatest happiness I've ever known because I know in my guts that he really loves me. He's saved by soul, my insides, he took me in and loved me long enough for me to love myself. He made me fall in love with living. He's my husband. He's my home. He's a fucking miracle."
