After garnering an unexpected hit with their song "Shooting Stars," Australian alt-dance duo Bag Raiders announced upcoming tour dates for this summer.
The act received some unexpected success after a viral video of a bridge diver used "Shooting Stars." The song was originally released in 2009, but that hasn't stopped it from soundtracking other spoofs, including Lady Gaga's epic roof drop during her Super Bowl halftime performance.
The dance track could possibly be a contender for Song of the Summer, as it's currently blazing up Billboard's Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart and is growing in number of streams and digital sales. Now, audiences in California, New York City, Seattle, Boston and Chicago will be able to witness Jack Glass and Christopher Stracey perform their hit alongside their other body of work. The two-week tour starts on Friday, June 2, at San Diego's The Observatory North Park and ends on Saturday, June 17, at Chicago's Concord.
The recent Interscope signees said this about their upcoming tour dates: "We are psyched to be hitting some of our favorite cities in the States with a brand new live show. Can't wait to play for friends old and new!" Check out the tour schedule below and for ticket purchasing visit the duo's website.
