‘American Idol,’ The Day After: Dishing About the Top 5
Last night on American Idol, drama ensued as Clark Beckham sparred with Scott Borchetta, Rayvon Owen serenaded his sweet mama, and poor little Tyanna Jones undeservedly went home in fifth place. But otherwise, it was a rather dull episode, resulting in a rather dull top four, making me fear that we are on our way to a pretty dull Season 14 finale.
But here today to discuss last night’s episode in the most exciting way possible is Season 6 alum and former TV Guide Channel Idol correspondent Brandon Rogers. Are we #TeamClark or #TeamScott? Is Nick Fradiani really the one to beat? Are we facing the very real possibility of a Nick/Clark finale, and if so, shall this duo be known as “Click” or “Nark”? And what’s up with this show’s terrible formatting lately?
