‘X-Men’ Star Alexandra Shipp Inks With WME

EXCLUSIVE: Alexandra Shipp, who plays Storm in Fox’s recent X-Men: Apocalypse and was Ice Cube’s wife in Straight Outta Compton, has signed with WME. She also is known for portraying Aaliyah in the 2014 Lifetime biopic.

Upcoming, Ship has the indie pic Dude from Olivia Milch starring opposite Lucy Hale, Kathryn Prescott and Nora “Awkwafina” Lum. Also a songwriter, pianist and avid guitar player, she is currently working on her first EP.

Shipp had been with ICM Partners. She remains repped by Link Entertainment.
