Watch Tilda Swinton Ask Patricia Arquette About 'Boyhood'

Here’s your chance to eavesdrop on a conversation between two of the year’s most fascinating actresses, Tilda Swinton and Patricia Arquette.  In the video above, from the new EPIX and Los Angeles Times series Hollywood Sessions, Swinton (who appeared this year in Snowpiercer, The Grand Budapest Hotel, and Only Lovers Left Alive) asks Arquette what it was like to approach the end of her twelve years filming Boyhood. Arquette, who just received a Golden Globe nomination for her role in Richard Linklater’s astounding drama, admits that she was reluctant to leave her character behind. “I usually love endings. I don’t like to continue doing things. I want to be done and do something new,” she admits. “But this, I found that I had a real resistance. I was so sad it was ending. And I tried to say, ‘I’m the mom — it’s not ending!’” Emma Stone (Birdman) and Laura Dern (Wild, The Fault in Our Stars) are also featured in the Hollywood Sessions Supporting Actress Roundtable, which premieres tonight on EPIX at 8pm ET/PT and is available to stream on EPIX.com.
