Watch the Woman Who Sang as Princess Jasmine in 'Aladdin' Reprise Her Famous Tune

It's been almost 22 years since the Broadway and pop star Lea Salonga first dazzled our ears as the singing voice of Princess Jasmine in Disney’s 1992 animated hit Aladdin. (Linda Larkin performed Jasmine's speaking voice.)

Now 43 years old, Salonga gave fans the encore they didn't know they were waiting for, effortlessly belting out a new rendition of "A Whole New World" on the Philippine version of The Voice with the pop opera boys from Il Divo splitting up the Aladdin parts of the duet. (Salonga's a coach on the show.) The episode aired several months ago, but fans Stateside are just now getting a chance to see it.

And if you want to complete the magic carpet ride down memory lane, watch her sing the original track in the studio with Brad Kane as Aladdin:
