Watch 'Neighbors 2' Stars Seth Rogen and Zac Efron Face the Zombie Apocalypse
The battle between parents and sorority girls was on this past weekend, as Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising — the sequel to 2014’s hit — opened with $21.8 million at the box office. And already, the cast is devising novel ways to extend the franchise into the future — and, it seems, beyond the grave.

In a new promo for the film above, stars Seth Rogen and Zac Efron face off against a foe even more ferocious than an 18-year-old girl fighting for her right to party — a growling, decomposing, flesh-eating zombie. Compelled to contend with this undead adversary who’s chained up in their basement, the two find themselves at odds over how to deal with their supernatural circumstances, especially once Rogen reveals his Renaissance Faire-pilfered sword and Efron discovers that the zombie may be a fraternity brother (and thus off stabbing limits).
While the clip is unlikely to spawn an actual feature-length contest between the comedic duo and the walking dead, stranger comedic mash-ups have happened, not the least of which is the upcoming 23 Jump Street, which will find Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum’s undercover cops joining the alien-policing Men in Black team made famous by Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones.
