Watch a Peek of 'Riley's First Date,' the New 'Inside Out' Spin-Off Short (Exclusive Trailer)
The brains behind Disney-Pixar’s Inside Out will be available soon to home theater viewers along with a very special addition: An all-new short film called Riley’s First Date?
In this exclusive trailer above, you can get a peek at the new spin-off, which finds Riley, now 12 years old, as the object of interest when a boy comes knocking. Riley’s parents are completely flummoxed by the boy’s arrival: Is this their inquisitive daughter’s very first date? If so, does that mean Riley may get her very first kiss, too?
The cast from Inside Out reunites for the short, with Amy Poehler as Joy, Phyllis Smith as Sadness, Mindy Kaling as Disgust, Bill Hader as Fear, and Lewis Black as Anger. We’ll find out if our favorite overly emotional Pixar heroine gets smooched when Riley’s First Date? arrives, packaged with its feature-length predecessor, on Digital HD and Disney Movies Anywhere on Oct. 13 and on Blu-ray Nov. 3.
