Tour Derek Zoolander's Apartment While He Answers Vogue's Burning Questions

Ever wanted to probe the mind of Derek Zoolander — or at least, tour his apartment? The latest video in Vogue’s “73 Questions” series features Ben Stiller, in character as Zoolander 2’s vapid male model, answering questions while showing us around his crazy Manhattan apartment. (Why does he live in New York? He loves the diversity: “You have really good-looking people and also very attractive people.”) Watch the video above.

During the eight-minute interview, Derek reveals his favorite movie (“The one with the dinosaurs — Best Exotic Marigold Hotel”), his retirement plans (“Models don’t retire — they get turned into glue”), his preferred curse words (“The ones that turn you into a frog until the princess kisses you”), and the details of his top-secret new look, called “Bitcoin.” He also gives viewers an inside look at his apartment, which features all the basics: a massive home gym full of models, a fridge full of bottled water and baby carrots, Derek’s “actual skull,” and Zoë Kravitz lounging on the couch.

The video accompanies the February Vogue cover story featuring Stiller and his Zoolander 2 co-star Penélope Cruz. The new comedy, a sequel to Stiller’s 2001 sleeper hit, opens in theaters on February 12.
