Before officially opening later this month, newcomer restaurant from James Beard award-winning chef Scott Conant and restaurateur Stephane Bombet - The Ponte - is hosting a one-night-only charity dinner, benefiting No Kid Hungry and The Human Rights Society.
On February 16, top L.A. chefs including Scott Conant and friends Ludo Lefebvre (Petit Trois, Trois Mec), Evan Funke and Vartan Abgaryan (71 Above) will collaborate on a family-style meal. The feast, held at the former Terrine space, will welcome the new restaurant with celebrity friends as the tony chefs will cook side-by-side with stars Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Lance Bass and Lea Delaria, among others.
The dinner will run from 6:00-10:00 p.m. and feature the chef's favorite dishes - think: Conant's famous spaghetti al pomodoro, Lefebvre's grilled sole with miso brown butter and Vartan's pistachio panna cotta - to be served tableside by the chefs and stars in attendance. To drink, The Ponte's award-winning head bartender Ryan Wainwright will prepare specialty cocktails for the exclusive dinner.
Tickets are $125 per person and an additional $35 for wine pairings.
