These are the candies you’re looking for.

Yes, the Force is strong with Faith & Flower, a New American restaurant in downtown Los Angeles whose pastry chef has created a tasty line of Star Wars edibles.

“I’ve always been a fan of Star Wars,” the dessert whiz Josh Graves told Yahoo Movies. The chef recently picked up mold-making, creating forms out of silicon, and found his latest inspiration while strolling through a local Target, of all places. “I looked in the toy section and saw all these Star Wars toys,” he said. “I saw the Millennium Falcon and thought, ‘Whoa, I want to make a mold of that!’”

Graves toyed around with his rendition of Han Solo’s famed spacecraft, the showpiece of his dessert board, first covering it with a colored cocoa butter. But seeing as the vessel is light-colored in the film series, Graves decided to allow the natural ingredient of his sweet treat shine through: white chocolate.

If you look closely at the top photo, you can spot other iconic Star Wars figures. Luke’s green lightsaber is made from Graves’s absinthe candy, rolled and dipped in chocolate. The stormtrooper head is filled with the chef’s specialty: passion fruit marshmallow. Darth Vader, on the other hand, is made of, natch, dark chocolate, and filled with a sea salt caramel. “The caramel is nice and dark, too, so I thought that went well,” Graves added.

Blink and you’ll miss it: Yup, that’s Han Solo in carbonite. OK, it’s really chocolate.

Finally, all of you foes of the Empire beware: If you want to sink your teeth into the Death Star you’ll have settle down. That one’s just for the pictures. “I don’t do that one on the board [in the restaurant] because it’s a major pain in the butt to make.”

You can sample the off-menu Star Wars-inspired mignardise board for $23 for a limited time at Faith & Flower.
