Will Tara Reid fight sharks raining from the skies in the upcoming "Sharknado" sequel?
Following a report that the actress has been cut from the sequel to Syfy's so-bad-it's-good movie, the actress is speaking out.
"There is no script for Sharknado 2," the 37-year-old wrote on Twitter.
"Until I read it then I will make a decision," she continued. "But everyone that is saying i got cut that is not true #liars."
The production company behind the movie, The Asylum, also Tweeted, "For the record, @TaraReid is awesome and was great to work with in #SHARKNADO. We'd be lucky to have her back for the sequel. That is all!
According to TMZ, the only actor being asked back for the follow-up is Ian Ziering, who played Tara's estranged husband in the first movie that saw sharks fill her character's home (and eat her boyfriend).
"Sharknado 2," which is set to premiere in 2014, will take the mid-air shark attack fun to New York City for the sequel.
