On Tuesday’s episode, Mickey is forced to have “the talk” after learning that her niece, Sabrina, is having sex.

    Kaitlin Olson Is Trapped in ‘The Mick’

    Kaitlin Olson, so essential to the genial vulgarity of FX’s It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, has taken on the lead in a network sitcom, Fox’s The Mick. For about half of The Mick’s first episode, which aired on New Year’s Day, the show was pretty funny. Olson stars as Mackenzie, aka Mickey — and hence the “Mick” title — a slacker ne’er-do-well who becomes the guardian of her niece and nephews when their parents are nabbed by law enforcement for fraud and tax evasion.
