Viola Davis has twice been nominated for an Academy Award — for supporting actress for 2009’s Doubt and for lead actress for 2012’s The Help. 'Creed' Director Ryan Coogler Declines to Accept Academy Invitation
He has yet to send in his acceptance letter, and sources tell THR he’s not interested in becoming a member.
