Stephen Colbert Makes Ben Carson Entrance On ‘Late Show’

Stephen Colbert paid tribute to the opening moments of ABC News’ GOP debate in New Hampshire on the eve of that states’ first primary in the 2016 presidential race. That debate opening consumed TV coverage of the White House race yesterday. Making her debut half an hour before Colbert’s Late Show, TBS’s Full Frontal host Samantha Bee described it as a debate going off the rails when “43% of Republican candidates failed an important presidential test: Can you walk successfully to a podium – a task routinely mastered by laboratory mice and frightened four-year olds on Toddlers and Tiaras.
