5-Minute Marriages of Golden Globes Stars
Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds
Eddie Murphy, who won a Golden Globe for playing a soul singer in "Dreamgirls," was married only two weeks before calling it quits. He exchanged vows with film producer Tracey Edmonds on Jan. 1, 2008, in Bora Bora (since the wedding took place in a foreign country, it was purely ceremonial, not legal). By Jan. 16, they released a statement: "After much consideration and discussion, we have jointly decided that we will forgo having a legal ceremony as it is not necessary to define our relationship further."
