The late American auteur, who died in 1999, remains such a towering force that his work continues to live on in fun and fascinating ways. This month, dozen of theaters in England are set to screen his sci-fi masterpiece, 2001. Ridley Scott also announced Monday that he was producing a sequel series to the Kubrick space classic, called, 3001: The Final Odyssey. And we can’t forget that Ikea tribute to The Shining.

The 10-disc Blu-ray collection comes out Dec. 2 (available for pre-order here) and features Lolita (1962), Dr. Strangelove (1964), 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968), A Clockwork Orange (1971), Barry Lyndon (1975), The Shining (1980), Full Metal Jacket (1987), and Eyes Wide Shut (1999), along with the new documentary Kubrick Remembered and a hardcover book of archive photographs.
