Sam Claflin and Lily Collins Play a Game of 'Know Your Co-Star'

Lily Collins and Sam Claflin have plenty in common. Both are twenty-something British-born actors on the rise. Both have starred in big-league YA adaptations, with Collins headlining The Mortal Instruments as Shadowhunter recruit Clary Fray and Claflin entering The Hunger Games arena as the trident-tossing Finnick Odair. They’ve even each had their own Snow White movies (Collins’s Mirror Mirror and Claflin’s Snow White and the Huntsman).

Now the pair meet onscreen in Love, Rosie, a new romantic comedy in which they play best friends since the age of 5 who both struggle mightily in their love lives and who may just be right for each other. But maybe not. You’ll just have to see the movie.

Though their real-life friendship only dates back to the beginning of the film’s production, we tested the charming pair on how well they’ve gotten acquainted. And we learned some things, too; like that Collins fashions herself a “master baker,” which, when said quickly, sounds like something very, very different.

Love, Rosie opens in theaters and on demand Friday. Watch a clip:
