Tye White Joins OWN’s ‘Greenleaf’; Joe Dinicol In ‘Blindspot’, ‘Grey’s Anatomy’

Tye White (Drumline: A New Beat) has been cast as a series regular on OWN’s megachurch drama series Greenleaf, from Craig Wright and Lionsgate TV. Greenleaf focuses on the unscrupulous world of the Greenleaf family and their sprawling Memphis megachurch Greenleaf World Ministries, where scandalous secrets and lies are as numerous as the faithful. White will play Kevin Satterlee, the son-in-law of the Bishop of Greenleaf World Ministries. White also was recently cast as a recurring in FX’s American Crime Story, playing Jason Simpson, O.J. Simpson’s son. He’s repped by Pantheon, Discover Management and J Pervis Talent Agency in Atlanta.

alum Joe Dinicol is set to recur on NBC’s new thriller drama series Blindspot and ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy. Both roles are being kept under wraps. Blindspot, Written by Martin Gero and directed by Mark Pellington, Blindspot centers on a mysterious Jane Doe (Jaime Alexander) who is found in a body bag in NYC’s Times Square with tattoos all over her body, including the address of the FBI agent Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) who found her. It premieres September 21. Season 12 of Grey’s Anatomy premieres September 24 on ABC. Dinicol is repped by ICM Partners, Zero Gravity and Fountainhead Talent.
