TV Biz Attorney Brad S. Small Rejoins Greenberg Glusker As Partner

Brad S. Small is returning to Greenberg Glusker as a partner in a further expansion of the firm’s Entertainment Law Group.

Small, a transactional attorney and former Greenberg Glusker associate, most recently served as EVP Business and Legal Affairs at The Weinstein Company. During his tenure there he acted as counsel to company deals, negotiated prepared deals for scripted and non-scripted projects and works on transactions with execs in the U.S. and Europe.

Small’s private practice focuses on representing actors, writers, executive producers, directors, athletes and companies. He has negotiated and worked with third party companies and broadcasters such as AETN, Spike, AMC, BBC America, HBO, Amazon, Netflix, all broadcast networks, F/X, Showtime, Discovery, MTV, and Bravo. His clients have included Nick Pileggi, Eva Longoria, Josh Holloway, Animus Films, Gil Cates, Jr., Jill Mazursky and Triple H.

Greenberg Glusker’s entertainment practice is headed by Matt Galsor, who recently expanded the group with the addition of music lawyers William Hochberg and Mitch Manger.
