Seth Meyers essentially lives at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, at least according to TIME Magazine’s 2014 look-ahead cover story.

Good thing, too, because between finishing his duties at NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” (Meyers guesses his last “SNL” show will be sometime in early February) and prepping for his new role as host of “Late Night,” the writer and comedian barely has time to sleep, let alone commute.

“I’ll spend the night sleeping upstairs. Then I’ll wake up and come down here. It’s like having two families,” Meyers said. “I feel like Ray Liotta at the end of ‘Goodfellas,’ with the helicopter following me.”

Meyers is poised to take the helm of “Late Night” after current host Jimmy Fallon moves up to “The Tonight Show” on Feb. 24, and his former “Weekend Update” co-anchor Amy Poehler plans to be his first guest, according to the magazine.

Now that Leno is finally retiring as the longtime “Tonight Show” host, “SNL” creator Lorne Michaels will executive produce the whole NBC late night lineup.

Producer Mike Shoemaker promises “SNL”-savvy sketches and staffers playing recurring characters in the new “Late Night,” along with the traditional monologue and desk interview format. Meyers said his interest is more in current events and politics, so skits and bits will likely be more topical than his predecessor’s.

“I like that everyone before me has established this as a place to try things out,” Meyers told the magazine. “It’s 12:35 at night. You can do crazy stuff.”
