"Big Brother" was able to continue to break through the Time Warner Cable CBS blackout Thursday night as the network won the night outright. Due to NFL preemptions, ratings for all five English networks may be inflated.

CBS was first in ratings with a 1.7 rating/5 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and first in total viewers with an average of 6.2 million, according to preliminary numbers. Time Warner Cable has blacked out CBS in major markets in a dispute over fees.

Airing after reruns, "Big Brother" at 9 p.m. was the highest-rated program of the evening with a 2.3/7. It pulled in 6.8 million viewers. Another repeat aired after.

Univision was second in ratings with a 1.4/4 and fourth in total viewers with 3.5 million.

ABC was third in ratings with a 1.2/4 and second in total viewers with 4.9 million. "Wipeout" at 8 earned a 1.3/5 and 4.5 million viewers. At 9, "Motive" received a 1.1/3 -- up 38 percent from last week -- and 5 million viewers. "Rookie Blue" at 10 earned a 1.1/3 and 5.3 million viewers.

NBC was in fourth in ratings with a 1.1/3 and third in total viewers with 3.7 million. Following reruns, "Hollywood Game Night" received a 1.3/4 and 4 million viewers.

Fox was in fifth in ratings with a 0.7/2 and in viewers with 1.8 million, airing entirely repeats.

Telemundo was sixth in ratings with a 0.6/2 and in total viewers 1.3 million.

The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.3/1 and in total viewers with 873,000. It aired entirely reruns.
