The pair, who will celebrates four blissful years of marriage on April 30, took to the city of love for an intimate ceremony around 12:30am at the summit of the famed Eiffel tower following a romantic dinner at the Jules Verne restaurant.
To top it off, the happy couple has another milestone to celebrate! Nick and Mariah's twins, Moroccan and Monroe, turn one next Monday.
