MyLifeAsEva Headlines Fullscreen All-Female Live Fall Tour of YouTube Stars

MyLifeAsEva, the nom-de-Net of beauty-and-fashion vlogger Eva Gutowski, will be among the featured digital stars in Fullscreen’s “Girls Night In” 20-city tour this fall.

The multichannel network’s all-femme tour is the latest example of how famous Internet personalities are branching into other business ventures — with the “in real life” experience aimed at giving fans a chance to get up close to their digital idols.

The lineup for “Girls Night In” includes other popular lifestyle/fashion YouTubers Meredith Foster, Alisha Marie, Meghan Rienks and Mia Stammer, along with musician Andie Case, all of whom are affiliated with Fullscreen. The performers have a combined fanbase of more than 23 million, according to the company.

“Through tours and live events like this, we’re well positioned to enhance real-life connections between creator and audience,” said Fullscreen president Ezra Cooperstein.

Gutowski, who produces comedic fashion segments on her YouTube channel, recently was named one of the most influential digital stars on Variety‘s #Famechangers special report. The 20-year-old vlogger counts 3.5 million subscribers. Among other projects, MyLifeAsEva’s “Literally, My Life” satirical original song rose to No. 1 on Apple’s iTunes comedy chart the day it debuted.

Fullscreen’s first live event, last September in Pasadena, drew top YouTube creators JennXPenn and Connor Franta, among talent. Fullscreen Live, headed by former Live Nation exec Vito Iaia, has also hosted several meet-and-greet events under the hello! banner; upcoming shows are slated to feature Dylan Dauzat, Gabriel Conte and Aidan Alexander.

Other companies producing live events with digital stars include DigiTour Media, whose backers include Ryan Seacrest and Advance Publications, parent of Condé Nast Publications.

Tickets for “Girls Night In” are slated to go on sale July 30, priced starting at about $25. The tour kicks off Sept. 22 at House of Blues in Anaheim and concludes Oct. 22 at Dallas’ Southside Music Hall.

Fullscreen, whose network of 65,000 creators includes such stars as Grace Helbig, the Fine Bros., Andrea Russett and Jack and Jack, is majority-owned by Otter Media, a joint venture of Chernin Group and AT&T.
