Movie Castings: ‘C2C’ And ‘10 Things I Hate About Life’

Tammin Sursok will play the lead in the indie pic C2C written and directed by Joel Soisson. The story concerns a a young tourist who travels to Thailand in an effort to solve her sister’s murder. She befriends a group of young ex-pats led by a seductive young woman who knows more than she lets on. Filming is underway in Thailand. C2C is produced by Raimund Huber and Aki Komine. Sursok currently stars in ABC Family’s Pretty Little Liars. She is repped by Principato-Young and UTA.

Thomas McDonell has joined Evan Rachel Wood and Elodie Yung in 10 Things I Hate About Life. The film, written and to be directed by Gil Junger, is a romantic comedy about a young couple who meet while each is attempting to commit suicide. Junger is also producing with Andrew Lazar and Intandem Films CEO Gary Smith. The project is not a sequel to the 1999 Disney film 10 Things I Hate About You directed by Junger and written by Karen McCullah Lutz & Kirsten Smith based on Shakespeare’s The Taming Of The Shrew. Thomas has appeared in Fun Size, Prom and The Occult. He is repped by WME.
