The star is promoting his new film ‘The Walk’ (in cinemas now), which sees him play Philippe Petit - the daredevil who made headlines worldwide when he performed a wire walk across the Twin Towers in 1974.
We asked about this role of a lifetime, but also grilled the actor about some of the highlights from his career, including ‘The Dark knight Rises’, working with the director of ‘Star Wars 8′, producing the ‘Fraggle Rock’ film and of course, his epic Nicki Minaj lip-synch battle with Jimmy Fallon.
He also spoke to us about gender inequality in Hollywood, why he’ll never bulk up for a movie again after ‘Don John’ AND how ‘The Matrix Reloaded’ changed his life.
