Jaime Pressly Joins Marlon Wayans’ ‘Haunted House’ Sequel

Jaime Pressly, Gabriel Iglesias and Ashley Rickards have joined Marlon Wayans’ spoof sequel “A Haunted House 2,” which goes into production Monday.

Mike Tiddes is directing the film via IM Global’s Octane division.

Wayans stars as a man plagued by paranormal events along with returning cast members Essence Atkins, Affion Crockett and Dave Sheridan.

He’s producing and writing along with Rick Alvarez, with IM Global’s Stuart Ford exec producing alongside Brian Kavanaugh-Jones, Steve Squillante and Lisa Blum.

Open Road, which scared up $40 million at the U.S. box office earlier this year with “Haunted House,” plans a March, 2014 release date.
