IMG Signs Tennis Star Petra Kvitova
IMG has signed tennis star Petra Kvitova to a worldwide marketing and management representation agreement.
The No. 4 ranked player in the world most recently won her second grand slam title at Wimbledon last month.
Kvitova will be managed at IMG by Marijn Bal and will continue to work with her longtime PR manager, Katie Spellman. She will also keep working with M-Sport Services in the Czech Republic, in collaboration with IMG.
Recently, IMG announced the addition of France’s Jo-Wilfried Tsonga to its roster of clients, which includes Maria Sharapova, Novak Djokovic, Li Na, Kei Nishikori, David Ferrer, Laura Robson, Garbine Muguruza and John McEnroe. Additionally, IMG owns and operates 14 tournaments around the world.
