Evolution Media Ups Alex Baskin To Partner, Expands Creative Team

Evolution Media (Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, Botched) has promoted Alex Baskin to Partner as part of an expansion of the production company’s creative team. In his expanded role, Baskin will continue to oversee Evolution’s development team and provide creative oversight for all Evolution productions. He joins CEO Douglas Ross and CFO Gregory B. Stewart as Partner and also will continue to serve as EVP of Programming and Development.

In addition, Evolution Media has named Sara Hansemann VP of Development and Robert Carroll VP of Current. Both will report directly to Baskin. Hansemann is charged with generating new character driven docuseries and creating original formats for U.S. broadcast and cable networks. In his new role, Carroll will manage Evolution’s current slate. Previously, he served as a freelance producer for Evolution series such as The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, The Real Housewives of Orange County and Botched.

Coming up for Evolution is the 10th season premiere of The Real Housewives Of Orange County on June 9. Also on its production slate is Next Gen Boss with Nick Cannon, Untitled Jay Williams Project (OWN) and Hollywood Prenup with Gigi Levangie.
