Empire Season 2: Men at Work Star to Recur as Obsessive Gay Photog

Men at Work‘s Adam Busch has been cast in a recurring role for Season 2, and it sounds like his character may encounter some blurred lines between his professional duties and his personal predilections.

According to our sister site Deadline, Busch will play “Chase One, a sexy, gifted, avant-garde gay artist who’s doing a photo shoot, and is infatuated with his male star.”
Will that star be Jamal? Or Hakeem? Or someone else on the Empire roster? We’ll have to wait and see.
Busch, who back in the day recurred on Buffy the Vampire Slayer alongside Empire executive producer Danny Strong, joins a long and growing list of incoming recurring players and guest stars for Season 2 of the Fox ratings juggernaut, including Oscar-winner Marisa Tomei (as Mimi Whiteman, a lesbian venture capitalist who becomes embroiled in Lyon family drama), The Wire‘s Andre Royo (as Lucious’ lawyer), CSI: Miami‘s Adam Rodriguez, Destiny’s Child diva Kelly Rowland, comedian Chris Rock, R&B superstar Alicia Keys, rock god Lenny Kravitz and pop star Becky G. Additionally, Gabourey Sidibe and Ta’Rhonda Jones, who play Lucious’ and Cookie’s respective lackeys Becky and Porsha, have been elevated to full-fledged series regulars, TVLine reported exclusively in April.
Additionally, Deadline adds that Busch has also landed a role on USA Network’s upcoming Carlton Cuse drama Colony, as a science teacher who’s unhappy with the new alien-approved curriculum.
