‘Go With Me’ Clip: Ray Liotta Menaces Anthony Hopkins In Rural Fable

Channeling a vibe that feels at home with something like Winter’s Bone, Enderby Entertainment’s Go With Me paints a bleak picture of blue collar life in a small town where a local strongman holds sway over the community. The film follows “Lillian”, a young woman who has recently returned home to the logging town she came from, where she becomes the subject of severe harassment by ex-cop turned local crimelord “Blackaway”, who runs the town without restraint. Foresaken by the locals and advised to leave town by the sheriff, she teams up with an ex-logger and his laconic young friend who, it turns out, are the only people in town willing to stand up against Blackaway.

In this exclusive clip, Anthony Hopkins is menaced by the local sheriff (Ray Liotta) during a late winter night traffic stop.

Based on the 2008 novel by Castle Freeman, Jr., Go With Me boasts an all-star cast, featuring Anthony Hopkins, Julia Stiles, Alexander Ludwig, Steve Bacic, and Lochlyn Munro, along with Ray Liotta and Hal Holbrook. Daniel Alfredson directs. The film makes its world premiere in September at the Venice Film Festival. UTA is handling domestic sales, while Electric Entertainment is handling international sales.
