Cirque Du Soleil Ringleader's Vegas Funhouse Hopes For $1.3M

Cirque Du Soleil Ringleader's Vegas Funhouse Hopes For $1.3M

For its first trick, the phantasmagoric Las Vegas five-bedroom of Cirque Du Soleil co-founder and CEO Guy Laliberté listed for $1.9M back in 2011. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the prospect of living year-round in a trippy, über-colorful funhouse or dropping that kind of cash just to remodel an otherwise unremarkable Spanish Colonial proved less than enticing for buyers. More than two years later, the place is holding out for a greatly reduced $1.3M. Naturally, the listing shows no signs that things are anything less than peachy, inviting interested parties to "be transported from a psychedelic ultra lounge experience to a tranquil Zen like oasis," and in what sounds like someone having a minor stroke at the keyboard, while in truth just listing the names of Cirque Du Soleil shows, welcoming one and all to "the world of Cirque Du Soleil, Mystere O KA Zumanity Love Believe Elvis." According to a blog post from a Vegas-area realtor, all the "custom woodwork" was built by the production crew from Mystere. So hey, there's that.
