Brittany Ishibashi Kicks Up ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2′; Jonathan Bailey Joins Donald Crowhurst Pic

Brittany Ishibashi is suiting up for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2, Dave Green’s live-action sequel to last year’s hit reboot. She will play Shredder’s daughter Karai in the Paramount Pictures feature from Gama Entertainment Partners and Nickelodeon Movies. Ishibashi’s recent credits include Grace And Frankie, Bones and Emily Owens, M.D., along with the features Everything Before Us and The Harvesting. She is repped by Innovative Artists, Kyle Fritz Management and Jackoway Tyerman.

Jonathan Bailey has landed a role in StudioCanal and BBC Film’s Untitled Donald Crowhurst Project. James Marsh’s film is the true story of amateur sailor Donald Crowhurst (Colin Firth) and his attempt to win the first Golden Globe round-the-world yacht race in 1968. Bailey will play Wheeler, a rookie reporter, alongside castmates Rachel Weisz, David Thewlis and Ken Stott. His credits include Testament Of Youth and the British series W1A and Broadchurch. Repped by CAA and Conway Van Gelder in the UK, Bailey next appears in the Anne Rice adaptation Christ The Lord.
