Bravo Adds Documentary Vet, Former Food Network Exec to Production Team (Exclusive)

Bravo Media is bolstering its production team with two new vice presidents of current production.

Leslie Farrel and Jeff Oliver will report to senior vice president of current production and original programming Shari Levine, TheWrap has learned. Both will be based out of New York.

Farrel will serve as an executive producer on Bravo's longtime series, "The Millionaire Matchmaker," and new series, "Extreme Parenting." Oliver will executive produce on returning late night panel show, "Fashion Queens," and newly announced beauty pageant series, "Game of Crowns."

An Emmy, Peabody and two-time duPont-Columbia award winner, Farrel has been making documentaries for two decades. Her producing credits include PBS's "African American Lives" and HBO's "Sports on the Silver Screen" and "Journey of the African American Athlete."

Oliver was formerly a production executive at Food Network where he worked on several shows, including "Cupcake Wars" and "Food Network Star." Previously as a freelance supervising producer in Los Angeles, he worked with several well-known production companies including Magical Elves, Bunim/Murray Productions, Ryan Seacrest Productions and World of Wonder. Also, his first novel, "Failure to Thrive," was published last year by DC Books.

Bravo is nominated for five primetime Emmy awards.
