Moonlight's Spotlight

Naomie Harris has signed with Relevant for publicity. The British actress, the current Moneypenny in the James Bond franchise, is featured throughout film festival favorite Moonlight, appearing as the protagonist's loving but drug-addicted mother.

Relevant also has signed Halt and Catch Fire's Mackenzie Davis, who will be seen in season three of Black Mirror, which will hit Netflix on Friday.

A Proper Client

UTA has signed British actress Sian Clifford, currently starring on the new Amazon comedy Fleabag as the title character's uptight sister. THR's Tim Goodman called her "a real gem" in his rave review of the show. Clifford continues to be repped by the U.K.'s United and by Seven Summits.

A Fresh Restart

Manager Ted Schachter, whose Schachter/Brown partner Brantley Brown departed for Authentic Management last month, has restored his company to its original name, Schachter Entertainment. The firm's clients includes Tony nominees Jeremy Jordan, Christopher Fitzgerald, Carmen Cusack, Rob McClure, Brandon Uranowitz and Lauren Worsham, as well as Michael Ian Black, Maggie Cheung, Tracie Thoms, Elisabeth Harnois and lit clients Joy Gregory (Madame Secretary), Elizabeth Peterson (Bull) and Lori Silverbush (A Place at the Table).

Schachter also has promoted associate Rachel Saltzman to manager. "In her four years here, Rachel has shown a great eye for talent, material and artist development. She's exceptionally smart and devoted to her work, and she's gained the trust and respect of all our clients," said Schachter, who worked as an entertainment attorney, journalist, Hollywood executive (HBO, ABC, MGM, Columbia) and manager at Morra, Brezner, Steinberg & Tenenbaum before starting Schachter Entertainment in 1995.

On His Way

Julian Walker, who made his acting debut opposite Isaiah Washington and Mo'Nique in 2015's Blackbird, has found his first Los Angeles agent and manager: Adel Nur of Halcyon Talent and Helena Fils of Fils & Co. Management, respectively. (Walker had signed with Atlanta-based J Pervis Talent Agency last year.) Since his breakout role as a Southern Baptist choirboy struggling with his sexuality, the Mississippi native has appeared on drama series Saints & Sinners on Atlanta-based network Bounce TV and will be more widely seen on the upcoming new season of BET's Being Mary Jane. His character, Ty, is described as an uber-talented, hip, always "in the know" employee at Great Day USA.
