"All the Boys Love Mandy Lane" (2013; delayed 7 years) -- Director Jonathan Levine's grindhouse horror flick starring Amber Heard as a shy high school outsider played at several film festivals throughout 2006 and 2007, including the Toronto International Film Festival and SXSW. The film received a theatrical release in the U.K. in early 2008, but stateside it was sold in 2006 by the Weinstein Company to Senator Entertainment, which soon after went out of business.
