Batcave Home Theater

'Dark Knight' Theater

Many powerhouse filmmakers and A-list actors are building home theaters that can cost up to $2 million a pop. And this batcave theater, built for an unspecified Greenwich, Connecticut, resident cost just that much to construct.

Other stars and filmmakers who have built lavish home theaters include Steven Spielberg, Tom Cruise, Michael Bay, Brett Ratner and Peter Guber -- who houses the original bat suit, worn by Michael Keaton in "Batman," a few feet away from his home theater. (Guber produced the 1989 film.)

The seating for this particular "Dark Knight"-themed screening room was made by Elite Home Theater Seating, a company that has aided in the creation of home theaters for stars including Matthew Perry.
