New Pee-wee Herman Movie Starts Shooting Next Year
Unless you’ve been hiding in the basement of the Alamo these last few years, you knew that Paul Reubens has been plotting to bring Pee-wee Herman back to the big screen — a project that, alas, has taken forever to get off the ground. But on last night’s episode of The Tonight Show, Reubens announced that the long-gestating, Judd Apatow-produced film will begin shooting in February (he also said a director’s been signed, but couldn’t reveal the name). This news is so exciting, we’re guessing you’ll want to start a paper route right now.
